But many times, that could have been a yellow. Picking up on Sparkle's comment, where was that sort of refereeing against Forest, when Grabban sholud have gone, or against Birmingham, when each clattering given to Joswiack should have been carded, with the last on being red. It all seems to be one way.

And the forest keeper, nearly caused me to break my TV

FYI, here's a little table of the teams who suffered P&S points deductions.

    Inconsistencies throughout.

    • Birmingham the most harshly treated
    • Delay in the season Sheff Weds got their penalty
    • EFL's lateness in charging Derby for failed periods

Birmingham were not harshly treated. They willingly and knowingly broke FFP. So there were no mitigating factors.

Derby and wendies broke FFP but tried to stay inside. I think wendies got lucky with their six points mitigation for selling the stadium. Did we get that? I doubt it.

Quite harsh for being a tenner over

  3. Do we have to be honest - I feel dirty

I was always Derby County number 1

but I did kind of follow Everton - I supported them in the Everton Watford final as a 13 year old when they were underdogs and it wound my Dad up who is aLiverpool fan.

As Derby slipped into that desperate time - it was nice to have someone to watch on TV and to be fair I did really like that team.

Loved Southall, Reid, Ratcliffe and Andy Gray (are you still allowed to say that ?)

This is back before live football on TV kids in fact I remember from that time period returning from playing football and running up to my mate in front of us at the traffic lights to give score updates because their car did not have a radio. I believe Sheedy had scored a late FA Cup Semi Final goal.

It was still Arthur Cox and looking for the Div 3 results first though

  4. I agree stay as subs - winning formula, tiring opposition and all that my only caveats are I would love to see Plange on the pitch at the same time as Morrision a little more with his movement off the ball and Ravels eye for a pass.

Maybe try Morrison five minutes earlier than the CKR for Plange switch a couple of times

For me it is really telling that he has so much more confidence in Thompson to take hold of the ball and not lose it compared to Shinnie. I love Shiniesta, but technically he has been found wanting a few times.

You can see Bird and Thompson happy to receive the ball and play it around the opposition mids, along with Knight when he is in there.

This has helped Max move on another level with a better player around him.

Always thought Max was a star in the making but he has definitely gone off a little since playing alongside Rooney. Now seems to be getting back to his best yet...

I like Shinnie but am never totally convinced by him and Max seems to be growing in confidence with Liam Thompson alongside him, hope Rooney makes Shinnie work for his place back in the starting line up

Which game was this QPR?...is a miss control a reason to be dropped?, If that's the case then every outfield player we have should be dropped.

You said you hadn’t noticed anything I was trying to help you remember, I think it was Bournemouth otherwise I do agree with you, harsh after the last two games

Shinnie 7 Great assist and ground covered, WTF was he doing for goal 1.

    This ?

Jags pointed at who to mark too - then he did the hard work to catch him - then wandered off

    mindless

But for those who jump on opinions - I do like him and that pass for the goal was great
