Letting Steve McLaren leave (it was after this that our 1990s PL dream started to sink).

Jon Gregory.

Selling Chris Riggott and Malcolm Christie for peanuts.

Getting rid of George Burley.

Allowing Tom Huddlestone to leave to Spurs for ******* free.

Selling Grezgorz Rasiak and Inigo Idiakez.

Going into the 2007/08 Premiership season with a League One standard squad.

Paul Jewell and his blank chequebook.

Selling Kris Commons and Rob Hulse.

Selling our only consistently fit centre-back for a meagre profit.

We seem to always make one step forward and two steps back.

I would argue almost every one of those points as decent decisions to be honest.

Stevie Mac - shouldn't have let him go, but we can't deny him the chance to coach at United AND look at te fabulous job he did down the road at the pig sty= Awesome decision.

Gregory - One of the most gifted footballers to play football at Derby and at the time one of the biggest names around in management, gutted it didnt work out for him, but all he was doing was shipping out the crap(kinkladze, burley ert) and giving youth a chance = ok decision.

Christie - one of the most over rated players to don the Rams shirt, wouldnt get a game for our village team, always injured, riggot, just injured = good decision.

George Burley = Didnt get us promoted (his job) so he went, the next bloke in DID. = superb decision.

Huddlestone - yep, ***** decision.

Raziak and idaeakez - great in their day,but finished.= good decision.

Commons and hulse - both wanted to go= good decision.

Think Phil brown was after burley, so not so good.

Gregory was a gifted footballer but given his manager career after shows he was not a good manager.

A few from leftfield at the begining of our demise,

Getting rid of Asanovic who often beat teams almost on his own.

Letting that cnut Dwight Yorke on the same pitch as Dean Yates.

Signing Mikel Beck

Not selling Dean Sturridge for £7m

Benito Carbone.... Why?

And letting Chris Powell leave was criminal
