Either it's the same person (who might or might not have proper info) or it's just someone rehashing rubbish from the world's poorest rumour site. Having been raved about as a youngster and then getting a fairly big move up the leagues to then be loaned out and found out to be a bit common, however what will 400k buy you nowadays? he has a fair amount of championship experience, impressed in lower leagues and showed potential before and still at 22.
