It's a bit presumptious maybe, but as a headhunter myself, looking at that job spec I'd say it's been carefully put together to attract as small a pool of candidates as possible. I think they'll be hard pressed to get a shortlist of 3 looking at those "must have" requirements...I'm almost believing it might even have been created especially for one of our ex employees - if AP didn't burn his bridges totally when he went back to Hull. I expect the club already have their preferred candidate and this spec has been put together with the aim almost of disqualifying others rather than inviting them into the process. Really looking forward to seeing who it is and whether he already has links to the club or has a strong affiliation to the manager.
