I haven't ever smoked but for something like fifteen years I have put aside money worth a pack every day. That is actually how I afford to visit Derby and Pride Park and even shop at the club shop. I think watching Derby is what makes the majority smoke 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />

They are in positions which are likely to get clicked, no ads = no forum

Yeah, mainly by accident 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />

I understand we need the ads, but right below the top thread i just find annoying, above the top thread would be better 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />

it's like having a big break in the middle of the page 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />

Been trying to experiment with the ads as they are suppose to use your browser history, so I cleared mine and, purely for scientific reasons, browsed for 3 hours and then logged back into the forum. I expected some related adverts, however none where there, just ebay!

Think that I'll complain AdChoices as it clearly does not do what it says it does!

Adverts are highly annoying I agree but no adverts = no forum.

The ads help towards the running costs of the forum, which makes my life easier keeping the missus off my back for "wasting money each month on a stupid Internet forum thing".

Not asking anyone to click them, but if anything does interest you in the ads the click does help.

If you really want there are ad blockers available for Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers. But if everyone does this I cant promise the long term future of this forum.

So I should click every ad that comes up? *clicks every ad*

has something changed on the ads?, my virus protection program has just gone haywire blocking all the ads saying they contain malicious software, never done it before but no all I see are Kaspersky-Access denied banners.....The ads are fine, quite funny at times - I was looking into getting some lessons in Mandarin so did a search for schools and then under a particularly badly spelt and constructed post there was an ad saying "English letting you down?"
