RamOfKansas
Which position he plays ? He plays Tight End, led the league in TD receptions I'm pretty sure. He was hurt in the AFC Championship game though so he wasn't very effective tonight.

Donny Ram
Can't get my head around a game where you have to catch the ball in the penalty area, or zone, it's a bit strange. Think this sums it up, but I ended up watching it anyway.
JoetheRam
I saw 5 minutes of a American rugby match once, nothing happened other than a load of adverts, **** commentary, and a guy throwing the ball forward and then being made to retake it in the same spot for no reason. Is actually the worst "sport" there is.

Cisse
its the most boring pointless game in the world.it makes golf and formula 1 look interesting Actually soccer is much more boring to watch. Most of the match ball is being passed on without any real chance something exciting happening.

Dangerous
Coming from the bloke that w*nks over darts. how eloquently put. To clarify I play darts,I rarely watch it as I dont think its great to watch.
EastKentRam
I was only messing, i watch darts regularly. I never used to like the NFL much but it's grown on me lately, im definitely gunna follow it more closely next season. Once you learn the rules of the game i think you enjoy it more, very tactical, great throws, great catches.
RamOfKansas
I meant the brother in college football. He was an athlete coming out of high school. So probable tight end or wide reciever though there's talk of him going to linebacker to add some speed to our linebacking group.
RamOfKansas
As a guy who's played it or followed it my entire life. I can't help but love it myself, nothing ever felt quite as good as being a undersized lineman trying to claw and fight my way past aganist someone usually bigger than myself. And in every small town in America, every Friday night high school kids go at it. 90% will never have a shot at the college ranks, 99.99% will never have a shot at the NFL. Ya'll grew up with your football, we grew up with ours. Trust me you'd understand it and enjoy it if you actually spent a week or two in America just following and talking football. In all practical purposes, it's very little different in passion from the original football elsewhere in the world. Don't say it's stupid when effectively you know little about it, I mean I was that ignorant guy who derided "soccer" for being boring as hell and just a bunch of wusses running around trying to draw fouls. Cisse
The more you know about any sport more you can enjoy and appreciate it. Only sport that comes to my mind I don't get is syncronized swimming.
ladyram
Just had to laugh at Bloomers on RD. He said - right, moving away from sport now, let's see what's happening in cricket... RamOfKansas
Do you watch English rugby ROK? Nah, my ESPN 3 account that goes thru my XBox typically only gets French Professional games or the occasional international match. Though I did watch a lot of the last World Cup because my friend is obsessed with the All Blacks. I really enjoy it actually(nevermind that I know very little of the nuisances of the game still), we actually have a Rugby club team at my college(who were ranked last year). Always mean to either go try it out or watch them play but always slips my mind
