im not really down on tyson because hes from the scum BUT is it not a little funny that steve davies (a man whos had his fair share of injuries) has fractured his skull but is potentially back within 4 week but tyson hasnt played yet and were halfway thru the season.

Has he been unlucky or is he thinking this was a bad move??

Footballers are sensitive souls.

'We start with him today because he was feeling his groin in training yesterday.'

Feeling his groin. Don't stop me going to work and I do it every night

The there's the 'some discomfort in his lower back' and 'a niggle'

Gays. Try being self employed and missing work means no cash. Thats discomfort!

The thing with the fractured skull of Steve Davies firstly I think it is amazing if he is back so soon but also thankful he had an excellent surgeon by the sounds of it. I remember at the time time they said after the repair the skull would be stronger than it was before and it all determined on how it took after the operation but could be up to 12 weeks. Least there is no muscles or ligaments to heal at the same time as the break of the bone. By the sounds the operation has been a real success but hope for his own safety the specialist has got it right.

In respect of Tyson I can remember when I did my knee the consultant saying to me breaking a bone is a lot better than muscle and ligament damage as a broken bone takes very little time to repair and causes less problems. The problem with muscles and ligaments unless it is 100% you are always prone to redamage it and damge it worse than it was before. Hence Brayford had to be rested again before re damaging his thigh. What I am trying to say is muscles and ligaments take a lot longer to repair.
