We have loads training with us !

Well the more players you let trial your sinking ship... err football club the more likely you are to persuade someone to sign I guess, TBF its a good initiative and probably the best way for you to fill your squad.

Trim the squad?

I do hope that Findlay's not one of the players let go. What will they do without Pele's goal-scoring prowess?

THIS is his season. 30 goals this season. He was carrying a few injuries last year. Tooth ache, blocked nose and that bit where you bite your nail too far down.

Well they beat Chile's U20 team today in another behind closed doors games.

Either they want to shock the world with their super squad, or they are ashamed of how bad they are

Check them out, full of international superstars at the Shitty Ground 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

wasn't meant to be 'behind closed doors'.. only no-one could be bothered to go and watch it..

Just read the report - it seems that the trialists are all lively and did some excellent stuff. Shame there's no fans allowed in to check its not just propaganda to justify not spending money

Does that even make sense??

Two weeks ago you were the next Man City, going to get an "iconic international manger" and be signing Rooney, Messi and Ronaldo.....turns out you have ended up getting a division 3 reject who has won 1 game from his last 26 as a manager in this league and a bunch if washed up players who no one else wanted.. Brilliant.

Who said we were the next Man City? Not even the most ambitious Forest fans were saying anything of the sort.

And the one game from his last twenty six would scare me but for two reasons. First was that Doncaster had a horrific amount of injured players (And no money to replace them) and apparently wanted to postpone a match because they had next to no substitutes, and that continued into last season. Second he did keep us up last season. Is it a coincidence that after he came in we played better football, loaned players in and eventually stayed up after he joined?

wasn't meant to be 'behind closed doors'.. only no-one could be bothered to go and watch it..

Tbf we were playing the Chilean U20's, not Barcelona.

I love how derby fans automatically assumed we all thought we'd be signing the likes of Ronaldo just because we got some supposedly rich foreign owners.

I think you'll find almost all of us said we would take mid table and sensible signings with good football. Looks like we might be on for that 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Who are Derby after that we should talk about ?

Forest are building & S O D will get us playing good football

We have a pipeline in to other markets

Derby are selling

Forest are signing

Who will finish on top this season ?

Who will put their money where their mouth is ?

Mick agrees with you;

He just didn't see a return there with Forest.

Or maybe he doesn't want to feel like he is betraying Wolves by taking charge of us like he said in the interview?

Think it'll backfire on him anyway, I can't see many Prem clubs queuing up for him in the next few months.

Forest don't want good football, they want to be promoted, which they'd have stood a better chance with under MM. The only reason you're spouting off about 'good football' is because you can hardly fall back on SoD's experience in getting clubs promoted to the Premier League. Doncaster's football was great to watch, all the way up until the point where they were bottom of the league.

MM - would rather sit and wait, unemployed, for a non-existent Premier League job than take on the Forest job of assembling a squad of waifs, strays, and mercenaries.
