CumbrianRam
Michael Owen, Giovanni Van Bronckhorst and Robbie Savage ? That would be something to wake up to. First two yes, the third would be a fecking nightmare!
p.shilton
Great, do I set my alarm to find out Tyson has signed. I might set my alrm to make sure I am first to know that Tyson has NOT signed- great start to the week!

Bris Vegas
I'm here waiting.. Though for me it's 10.57pm.. Boom, news just in.. Steven Davies drops an apple on his foot and is ruled out for 7 months.. In all seriousness I think I'm going to be pleasantly suprised by this news. NothernRam
Nigel Clough is delighted with the capture, and he said: "Nathan is a player of proven quality at this level and is someone who is right at the very top of our wanted list. Very top of our wanted list??? Oh dear....
Bris Vegas
Excellent signing.. I assume this comes with the news of the discounts for fans behind the goals at row K and above? As they now have a good cause to apply the health and safety act of being hit by the ball?
davenportram
Will be playing as a center forward, not wide, hoping he can repeat his Wycombe form of 40 goals on 80ish appearances when he played in the middle.

So he is our 'talismanic' centre forward? Great job, Nige.
ChorleyRam
So... Everyone who is saying it is a bad signing, are you really saying he isn't far better than what we have already got?? Proven championship experience is just what we need in my opinion, wherever he's come from. And on a free aswell. Maybe people have got used to the drivel that Derby have served up in the last few seasons and would prefer Chris Porter plodding up front on his own! Bris Vegas
So he is our 'talismanic' centre forward? Great job, Nige. I hope NC isn't looking at Jamie Ward, Theo Robinson, Nathan Tyson, Steve Davies and Callum Ball as our striking options next season.. Frightening if he's 'settled' with them 5. I forgot Cywka and possibly Doyle aswell but I'm not sure he'll be ready for next season.. Surely with this many strikers we're set for 2 up top? Ball, Doyle, Tyson, Maguire, Davies, Cywka, Robinson, Ward can all play up top.. Plus one more? Crikey.
