Just looked, software had him down as permanently banned, that shouldn't have been the case. Tried to fix an error with the number of points issued for a warning and looks like it confused the system. I've released him. I’ve heard the big dogs having a reshuffle to avoid the blame, I’d expect a new mod to be announced to take focus off his inadequateness. Some totally new unsuitable person appointment, but who could he ask?
