Child Tickets

There may be information about the already on here but can someone possibly help me.

My mate, who has a customer number, is wanting to buy his 2 children tickets age 6-12 but is unable to as he needs to assign an owner to them.

Does anyone know how to create an 'owner' for a child?

I think every person has to set up a customer number these days.  You will need to set them up a customer number then i think you can link them to your account as friends and family.  Its a right ball ache to be fair.  I think they might need their own email address as well.  Ludicrous.

Yer I think you need discrete email addresses to be set up for each of your children then they can be allocated a customer number pinned to each one of those unique email accounts.

Then you can add those customer numbers to your account. 

Really labyrinthine.

You have to register each individual family member via this link https://www.dcfc.co.uk/customer/register thus creating a new fan ID and then when you go to allocate the tickets you’ve selected, make a note of the new fan ID’s and you’ll be able to assign them.

As others said, you have to also use alternative emails which is annoying.

Had to do the same for my Dad and nephew when purchasing tickets for the Stoke game.

Go on the website do not log in, click on register, fill in for each new member and leave fan id blank.  You will get a new customer id for each registered person.
