I have faith I agree with you on the whole forcing of academy players issue. It should be a natural progression, not the whole focus. But this whole “we will come good” attitude is dangerous. For the Visigoths read Rooney and Cocu, whatever good work was done prior to their arrivals they've managed to unpick the lot of it in a relatively short period of time.
