68 Guns Posted August 1, 2018 Share Posted August 1, 2018 Ultimately it makes no difference who has the armband. I've played 100s of games as captain and 100s not as captain. Armband or not I still talked, encouraged and rollocked team mates to the same degree. You don't switch on and off depending on being captain or not. Far too much made of it.
