Brighton (eventual runners-up) were top with 60 points. Newcastle (eventual champions) were 2nd with 58 points. 3rd and 4th were Reading and Huddersfield (Play off finalists) both with 49 points. 5th Leeds (48), 6th Sheffield Wednesday (45). Rams were 7th with 43. This season the top 7 is made up of Wolves 62, Rams 52, Cardiff 50, Villa 47, Bristol C 47, Sheffield U 43 and Leeds 43.
