The_Sheriff Posted February 14, 2016 Share Posted February 14, 2016 Voted Manager: You (the manager) are judged for the teams performance so if tom (no pun intended) dick or harry is playing **** it was you who signed him and felt he would do a certain job on the pitch therefore you can accept the slack more. It would frustrate me if i am getting players i didn't specifically want and they are playing **** yet i am getting the slack for it. Obviously there needs to be budgets in place and others need to be involved so you can explain why you want a certain player for the safety of the clubs finances.
