eddie Posted December 18, 2015 Share Posted December 18, 2015 Watching Birmingham play Cardiff at an empty St Andrews - Birmingham lead 1-0 at half time in a game remarkable only for two penalty decisions, one given and one not given - which were Atwellian in their wrongness. The first, not given, was a both hands around the waist diving rugby tackle on the Brimingham player.
