We are still 2nd in the league, albeit on goal difference, however we have by no means dropped out of the title race. We are not the only team dropping points, there were alot of draws today and Boro lost of course, so we cant say we are the only ones falling by the wayside! Bournemouth went on a run of around 5 games without a win, now look at em, battered Fulham last night and sitting top of the league. Who is to say we cant do the same?Yes the ref was poor today, yes we should have defended better and won, but there is no point dwelling on the past. We are still well in contention to win this league, we need to look forward.Are there any stat men/women on here who can tell us if it has ever been this close going into the business stage of the season? Other teams are going to "walk away with it" or even "storm it" because "I can't see them losing again this season.Rams fans deserve better than this rabble. We can't even beat Fulham now. We'd never thrash them. The defence is awful, Mascarell is pants, we have donkeys like Dawkins who probably somehow helped give that penalty away. We should have dropped Hendrick for Bryson but Bryson is also rubbish. As is Forsyth. He gave a stupid free kick away trying to tackle them when he shouldn't be trying to tackle. He should have used telekinesis to get the ball. None of this would have happened with Roos in goal and McClaren doesn't get angry enough.I miss the glory days of 2012. So many legends in that side. ram1964 Posted March 7, 2015 Share Posted March 7, 2015 fact of the matter unless we stop conceeding so many goals,many late in the game and through lack of concentration and poor defending we wont be going up and don't deserve to.In my opinion we have a top manager ,ground ,facilities and a cracking squad on paper.If they cant perform in front of 30.000 loyal and vocal fans then they don't deserve promotion or to be at the club that I love.
