Asanovic
Just had one put on me during a match, worst I've ever had. Can barely walk and it's so painful it's making me feel sick. Normally wear off after a couple of hours but it was this morning and isn't loads better. Any good dead leg therapy acitvities?

Dimmu
I'm bit late... Defo not hot and not much moving at the beginning! Normal RICE, 'cause its contusion. After it's healed (can take weeks) then careful stretching that muscle doesn't grow a scab. If it doesn't start feeling better, use painkillers and elastic bandage to it. Actually you could've done that from beginning, it may prevent blood getting into a muscle. Hope it's getting better. Be patient, patient.
