Phoenix
An earlier quote Leicestershire based Hinckley United are on the brink of extinction after almost 100 years in existence. The club is believed to owe in the region of £200,000 and liquidation looks the likliest outcome. Pity about the stadium which they built about 5 years ago. EastKentRam
http://www.hinckleyunitedfc.co.uk/index.html Love that. 'Proud to have been average' Always a sad day, knowing fellow football fans have lost their club makes me sad. Even more so at non league, cos they're the real die hards. archram
I find it so sad that football has come to this - that a local club goes under for the want of less than some players earn in a week .
