Coventry groundshare - could it be us?

I think the principle of groundsharing would be quite a good thing for Derby, would certainly bring in lots of extra money and it wouldn't make the stadium any less ours than it currently is, although the pitch quality would surely deteriorate.

I can't really think of any clubs which would ever use ours though (if it ever came to that).

Notts County would surely share with the Red Dogs and vice versa

Leicester with Coventry

Stoke with Port Vale

Burton with Tamworth

Chesterfield with Mansfield

Never. We'd picket the turnstiles. Mind you those Notts scabs would still try to cross it

Coventry would be better off away from the Ricoh. It's a horrible ground.

Surely just a ploy as mentioned earlier, the ground would cease to be of any use if not used by the club. The owners wouldn't be out of pocket as they haven't been getting the rent but they can't let it become a white elephant can they?
