(DET today) Birmingham have an option on him the same as Martin at Norwich, and have exercized that option. Now it would depend on whether they can actually afford to keep him or if they're just protecting their investment with a view to a fee. I'd say around £500k would dislodge him as they're right bang up the creek financially, and that this means we probably won't be signing him.
