Is there anything to read into it? Tim Hinchey is now their president, he got tweeted by the guy below. Seems to be a national journalist. Hinchey retweeted it so it must be true. Any idea if its a trial or just a training exchange scheme?

it says training

Theres strict rules about work permits for foreign players - unless they have links to the UK and can hold a UK passport they have to have played so many times for the national tema for their age group in a given time etc..... the gumps fell foul of these regulations with their imports.

think it might just be to use our superior facilities and coaching to improve their team

Ah right, I have no idea about all these rules. So Doyle only got in because he's half Irish?

Didn't we get him from a school team or something? Surely not a international then?

How come Doyle doesn't need a permit? Does he have dual citizenship?

he might his dad is Irish

Doyle when signed from the college team Dallas Texans, the website said subject to work permit or along those lines and the process was quickened from his father nationality. one last thing

There's only one Conor Doyle, One Conor Doyle
