  1. So the players take the credit for the good things but the manager takes the blame when things are going wrong?
  2. May be an indication of how bad everyone else in this division is 😂
  3. And if they did they would finish on 93 points and be fully deserving of 2nd place
  4. Just as an aside, I watched the match on the Wycombe channel last night as Rams TV was buffering. They had 2 commentators who sounded like 2 guys from the pub. They kept saying how impressed they were with Conor Washington 😵‍💫 They also said how much we have improved since they saw us earlier in the season. Absolutely astounded by both comments.
  5. The difference if course being Portsmouth are 1st in the league, Wycombe are 15th.
  6. There was no need for the ball to be off the ground if the pass had been played at the right time. Think Washington had to end up hitting it harder than he should have had to due to letting the defender get back. Still, no excuse for not even hitting the target from 5 yards out.
  7. I'd say opportunity rather than advantage. There's no substitute for points on the board at this stage of the season. Looking at the run ins I wouldn't bet against Peterborough accumulating more points than Bolton.
  8. If the pass had been as good as it should have been he wouldn't have even needed to think about it. However, as the pic above shows he had enough time to do whatever he wanted if he was worried he might not get a good connection. Just a complete lapse of concentration or lack of confidence.
  9. He really did, if he's anything like a competent footballer. The keeper was a good 6 feet away from him when the ball arrived at his feet
  10. I think bringing Hourihane on was to try and get Wilson further forward, which we did. Can't disagree about taking Washington off earlier.
  11. Does that drink have to be from a glass or can it be bottled?
  12. Agree with this that it was the touch before the cross that was poor. Don't agree with this, he had all the time in the world. Just a complete lack of concentration.
  13. A poster said he would have us nowhere near the play offs and I just pointed out that he Rotherham near the play offs before he came to us.
  14. Interested to know what changes you think he should have made?
  15. Yes and I agreed. Should have made the play offs last season. Unfortunately we ended in exactly the same place that Rosenior had us, and now has Hull, outside of the play offs. Lots of good passes to be seen though 😂
  16. So they weren't good chances then? I remember a couple of daisy cutters, I'll have to have a look back for this sharp save.
  17. Which was obviously very successful given where we were in the league when he left...
  18. Don't remember Wildsmith making anything other than a couple of very regulation saves? So you think any of their chances were easier than CBTs or NMLs? Did you notice them chances?
  19. Yes I think he should have passed earlier, he let the defender get back and then had to put a bit more on the ball. Doesn't excuse the fact that CBT could have done pretty much anything, other than what he did, and the ball would have ended up in the net. Washington didn't do much wrong with his chance against Blackpool, having watched it back it was nowhere as easy as it looked in real time, he was actually quite wide out.
  20. Saka kicked Neuer if anything, free kick to Bayern Munich and a yellow card for Saka.
  21. Spot on. Wildsmith would have got down on the floor and headed it in.
  22. Outside the play offs just like he has with Hull. I've noticed you've gone quiet on how Rosenior is doing at Hull these days, any reason?
  23. Never looked like conceding last night.
