  1. As at 30 June 2022 it would appear that the stadium was held in Gellaw Newco 202 Limited. Cannot see anything filed subsequently that would indicate that the stadium has been moved elsewhere.
  2. I actually have no idea on the set up. All I know is that DC purchased Pride Park separately from the club. My other assumption was that he took the Derby County Football Club Limited out of administration. The 2 may now be under the same umbrella, I have no idea. Freehold and leasehold valuations would give different results and, Id imagine, both would be significantly north of your valuation. Just my opinion though.
  3. Not sure why the division that the team is in would make any difference to the value of the ground? Could only see this being relevant if there were clauses in the lease that meant the rent was increased if the club was promoted.
  4. @B4’s Sisterjust to let you know, there was a Leeds player that went by the same name (albeit with an 'e' on the end) Maybe you should just refer to him as Mucker 1884 just to keep Daniel happy 😂
  5. I was responding to someone who said we were lucky with the sending off or something along them lines. I was saying it would have been mightily unlucky had he not been sent off given it was such a blatant elbow.
  6. I think any team would be rightly aggrieved had none of the 4 match officials have seen an incident so close to the ball.
  7. Agreed. We were very sloppy first half, giving away possession very cheaply on so many occasions. Although the goal was a moment of magic, probably worth noting that we did have an overload and either Bird or NML had Sibley seen what, 9 times out of 10, would have been the better option. Back to the original point, think it just shows how little attention people actually pay to the intricacies of matches when you are comfortably winning them. Me included.
  8. And just to go one step further, he would have had no way of getting the funds from the club into the holding company to repay himself that debt. (a) there were insufficient funds to pay a dividend (b) there weren't any funds available (c) insufficient assets as security to raise funds to take out of the club
  9. Id suggest you search out the footage of a different angle. Collins was lucky to still have any teeth left.
  10. I'd suggest the people working 50 to 60 hour weeks, and earning less than our players are on a week, should look up the rules on minimum wage! As for the change in performances, personally I think you are trying to see things which make you more comfortable with your sustained attacks on Warne a few weeks back. Happy to be proven wrong but to my eyes we played as many long balls today as we did back then. The only difference is when we play through the middle we are more incisive and more clinical up top. Granted we have reduced the number of pointless crosses into the box but Id attribute that to Wilson using the better from wide areas.

  12. You said that I conveniently missed out 'should'? Think its probably easier just to admit that you misquoted the poster.
  13. True but he still isn't giving any minutes to the under 16s?
  14. Well we did win 3-0 and missed a couple of good chances. So we could have easily won 5-0. On the other flip of the coin they missed a couple of chances too.
  15. So by this logic, when people were calling for Warne's head and we were sat in 9th, the people saying we did not have a top 6 squad must have been right at the time? Of course that's tongue in cheek and the reality is that its probably better off waiting the season before judging how good or bad the team is...
  16. Poor first half although they only really troubled us once or twice. Created enough chances to win 2 games second half. I'm even expecting xG to be over 1 this weekend.
  17. And that the gap to them was too big to overcome...
  18. No wonder they were annoyed though if a penalty was awarded
  19. He didn't. The administrators reports are there in black and white and the club did not owe him £140m. He may have been owed £140m from the company that he injected the funds into the club from but the majority, well at least up to 2018, was injected as equity not debt.
  20. Think you are miles out with this estimate. In the last set of accounts we filed our total matchday revenue was only £9m.
  21. Not overly relevant to the point of the post, but the club did not owe MM £140m.
  22. And this is in addition to Boros tax losses that he sold to another one of his companies, something that led to a change in FFP rules, although not a retrospective one as in another case...
