As at 30 June 2022 it would appear that the stadium was held in Gellaw Newco 202 Limited. Cannot see anything filed subsequently that would indicate that the stadium has been moved elsewhere.

I actually have no idea on the set up. All I know is that DC purchased Pride Park separately from the club. My other assumption was that he took the Derby County Football Club Limited out of administration. The 2 may now be under the same umbrella, I have no idea. Freehold and leasehold valuations would give different results and, Id imagine, both would be significantly north of your valuation. Just my opinion though.

Not sure why the division that the team is in would make any difference to the value of the ground? Could only see this being relevant if there were clauses in the lease that meant the rent was increased if the club was promoted.

I'd suggest the people working 50 to 60 hour weeks, and earning less than our players are on a week, should look up the rules on minimum wage! As for the change in performances, personally I think you are trying to see things which make you more comfortable with your sustained attacks on Warne a few weeks back. Happy to be proven wrong but to my eyes we played as many long balls today as we did back then. The only difference is when we play through the middle we are more incisive and more clinical up top. Granted we have reduced the number of pointless crosses into the box but Id attribute that to Wilson using the better from wide areas.

Well we did win 3-0 and missed a couple of good chances. So we could have easily won 5-0. On the other flip of the coin they missed a couple of chances too.
