I only heard the Rams TV interview - I was actually impressed that he was so honest and took ownership for the defeat.
Blackpool were the better team and by a considerable margin, Warne acknowledged that and gave credit. For me the problem with this forum is that many people are not prepared to do the same - they only see it from a rose tinted DCFC perspective.

Spent 5 hours with Warne but he couldn’t convince him and he nipped down the A38 to sign for Maamria.

Yes drove down to Pride Park, had a chat with Warne, then onto the Pirelli to sign for Burton. What with McGoldrick and now Stockton, what’s going on? 

Hoping that next season more chances are created. I know many on here are in denial of the dearth of chances created. But here again are todays Sky stats: 

Good to see some genuine chances created this week according to Sky. Rather than the damp squib served up against Burton.

A 3 goal winning margin would not have been unfair.

But where would the 4 goals have come from? The Sky stats tell the true story - clear cut chances 0 and 0. Just a dodgy penalty separated us. 

I think Tamworthram proves it there. Look at the position of both players in the frame he provides - Bird couldn’t have been brought down from that position. He ‘went over’ of his own volition, running away from goal. That’s the softest penalty I have seen in 55 years of watching.  Dino Maarmria and Dave Fletcher called it absolutely correctly. So I don’t think Max will be going to court!!!! 

The League one form guides make interesting reading - over the last 10 Burton are 7th, Derby are 16th.
Burton ahead also over 6, 8 and 12 games. So still a bit surprised by the lack of respect displayed for them on here. 

Over the years I have seen some shocking stuff written on here. Conceited, condescending, biased, self deluding claptrap. But never, ever anything quite as bad as this thread - get a grip on yourselves. You are playing in a local derby (yes it is one) against a tiny team 12.7 miles down the road, who over the last 2 decades have massively punched ahead of their weight. Please try to find some humility and modesty as human beings.
