  1. Where is Tommo from, do you know? He doesn't sound local but has been here a long time, so I think of him as "one of our own".
  2. There was one lad broke rank (I think NE corner) and the ref seemed to see him and turned and blew before the onslaught. He is the absolute arbiter of time. Good on you ref! We didn't want that farce they had at Leverkusen where they spent ages herding them back off the pitch.
  3. I spent yesterday morning reading through threads Daniel had created at various stages early season. It was a very inspiring start to a momentous day.
  4. No. Definitely Ebou! I think Barker showed a bit of sentiment giving it to Bird.
  5. And a well-deserved break for our players. Rest up, lads, you've earned it!
  6. Wildsmith the better keeper for me. Even with his rushes of blood to the head! I hope he stays.
  7. Roy Mac doing the bounce. Bet his knees feel like mine this morning!
  8. The under 21s are due to play on there on Monday evening.
  9. Yes, the photographer is looking towards Pride Park. It's as you emerge from the railway tunnel at the bottom of the flight of steps, opposite the Alexandra. There's a handy ramp down for cyclists who wish to avoid the steps!
  10. I thought it was vandal-proof paint? Anyway, we'll all have a photo of it, here's mine.
  11. After the play-off semifinal in 2013-14?
  12. Don't know whether people noticed, but when the players walked out onto the pitch with their kids pre-match, Sibley had Fozzy's son with him. Nice touch. May have been other younger players with similar, but it demonstrates the togetherness in the squad.
  13. Wildsmith told us at the Supporters' do that he hadn't been offered a contract, yet Radio Derby keep saying that he's turned the offer down. One isn't telling the truth because both can't be right.
  14. Why not? Mansfield Town have one today for 3rd place. We're celebrating promotion, not position.
  15. Get well soon, @Day. I thought the celebrations were terrific - such powerful emotions as I watched from above. Didn't leave until after the trophy celebrations. Admittedly I couldn't see a lot of it, but you could just feel the passion - and relief. Well done, Derby County fans. 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 WE are Derby.
  16. Today was bitter-sweet in many ways, as I kept thinking of Daniel's pure, unadulterated joy on being part of this promotion day. Wonderful that the Club acknowledged his contribution, and B4 will always be part of our heritage now. 🐏⚽️🐏⚽️🐏⚽️
