Graham Richards slating West Ham just after signing Hartson and Kitson, calling them both donkeys and cart horses..we lost 2 nil..Guess who scored 😆

They made their West Ham debuts at the Baseball ground but we beat them 1-0 with an Asanovic penalty.

  2. My lads under 11’s team had a day training at Plymouth yesterday and then tickets to the match against Burton. It seems Plymouth have I Just Can’t Get Enough by Depeche Mode and it worked really well as a football chant. At the end they went top of the league and the atmosphere was electric as they were booming this song out. My son is still humming it today.

I’m not suggesting this song at all but having a song like that, that you make your own can really get the atmosphere going. For what it’s worth I’m very much in favour of Bob Marley’s Three Little Birds. It sounds good when Ajax sing it and if ever a song is made for our predicament it’s that one.

  3. I was born in Northampton and lived just me and my mum. I fell in love with football but she had no interest at all. My uncle supported Derby and in 1988 when I was 9 he offered to take me to a Derby match and see if I liked it. Southampton away 0-0. I was hooked. Not long after he got me a season ticket.
A few years later they moved north so I was stuck not going, he would pick me up on the way to away matches like Luton and Watford etc and I appreciated it but it wasn’t enough. As soon as I was old enough to go on the train I had a season ticket again.

When I was 30 we moved to Newquay and I cancelled my season ticket thinking it was too far to drive. A couple of seasons later I decided 600 mile round trip is not too far. I now have a season ticket again and my 9 year old is as much a Derby fan as I ever was.

Anybody else managed to book their Rams membership ticket alongside their own? Maybe I’m missing something, I can order my ticket but can’t figure out how to sort out my sons.

It’s okay I got there. I had to order mine. Then go and seperately and order his hoping that nobody took his ticket in the mean time. No charge for him either so happy days.

Thanks. Just odd they've completely missed out the whole section of junior rams membership season ticket holders. Must be quite a few...

Yep me too. I’ve emailed also and nothing. I’m sure I haven’t had it refunded either.

Its frustrating that they have not mentioned it whatsoever.

A friend of mine who works with Umbro - the one who told me about the pink last year - has mentioned that the home kit has blue in it this year. He was very cagey, so no further details other that, but could it be back to blue shorts?

He also said that one of the two away kits was 'stunning'; the other one was a bit boring.

On behalf of B4 I asked if there was any pink involved and he said 'not in the outfield kits' - maybe a pink keeper's kit?

Makes sense, to celebrate 50 years since we won the league, in blue shorts.
