Been told Sibley is looking unlikely, apparently wants a pay rise. Heard Rotherham is where he could be off to
Your suppose to only give good news Trav

Jeff hendrick released today! Probably just sentimental but would love to see him in a derby shirt again
Not even championship standard anymore. Just a hunch but I’d say he’ll end up at Wrexham.

Cashin is not leaving this summer and defiantly not to Forest.
Any names of who’s been shown around yet BT

I think Charlton must have to sell before spending that, they've been signing a lot the last couple of years.
Luckily they’ve sold a winger to a newly promoted championship team.

Thelo Bair a 24 year old Canadian from Motherwell would be a great signing for our system. Plays striker or left wing and got into the Scottish team of the year. He only has one year left on his contract so can’t imagine he’d be crazy money by any means.
He has 13 goals and 4 assists in 33 games so far this season in a poor Motherwell side.
Is also a hard worker and good on the ball and stands at 6 foot 4 so is well able to hold the ball up and win headers.
Seen Charlton, Blackburn and Bristol City are now preparing bids for him. He’s expected to go for roughly 1 million. Really hope we are in for him.

Not that any of its official interest, but I would be happy with all them bar Aaron Connolly (because of off the field problems)

ITK Yokels are already saying that Rooney wants Cashin for Plymouth . I take it with a pinch of salt . But Warne is famed for balancing the books . But £3.5 mill is not enough .
Think Cashin is smarter than that.

Think Bradley gets a lot more than hate than neccessary because of his poor start. He was brilliant in a lot of games in the run in. He’s obviously an amazing lad to have around as he came second in the votes for captain last year by the players after only being there a few weeks. He’s an animal in both boxes and would be a superb option of the bench. Wouldn’t want him starting every game but I’m sure he’s definitely good enough to play in the championship.

I did try to post a bona fide transfer rumour on here, but I think there's so little actual news (Nixon describes us as still at the homework stage) that people are drowning out the tiny snippets there are with these bizarre arguments about if you can sign a player or not.
With players and hopefully management (?) on their hols, I guess it's going to be quiet, and then it's the Euros, and maybe the actual transfer whirligig won't kick in until then. Actually winning automatic promotion meant the season felt as if it finished remarkably early, so now everyone's drumming their fingers like Bree Larson - IYKYK.
Yep Warne n the other coaches were away and are back in this week. I only know because Matt Hale said it in his academy interview the other day. With them back this week I’d imagine a few things will get tied up and a few players will sign or deals near finalised over the next week or two.

Leanardo Da Silva Lopes (25) Portuguese player for Cercle Brugge in Belgium. Out of contract this summer and plays left back or central midfield. They also play high pressing football so would suit us and has played in England before with Hull, gillingham, Wigan and Peterborough. Has played 33 league games this year with 30 starts getting 3 assists and 2 goals.

Seen talk about Parrott. he would be a brilliant signing, if we could strike a deal with Spurs. Not bothered about loaning him, though.
He also works very hard and would suit us perfectly in that sense. Works very well in a front two when I’ve seen him for Ireland also. Sadly we should have tried to get him for last season to have any chance. PSV, Feyenoord and Ajax are all interested in him and 2 or 3 of them are expected to make bids. We can’t compete with them financially and they can offer European football.

Not sure I’d take many of the others.
Aaron Connolly is everything Warne hates. He cares about money, girls and going out more so than football. Always has attitude problems and is known for being a bit of a knob.

Couple players released from Luton I’d take.
Fred Onyedinma (27) championship standard and plays left or right wing or wing back aswell as central midfield. Prime age and for all you haters he’s also played for Rotherham, but not when Warne was there. Played 8 prem games this season but was only there for a few months after his loan.Luke Berry (31) some experience in midfield then. He’s creative and can grab a goal. Been at Luton since 2017 and has played from league 2 to prem. This season he played 17 prem games getting 2 goals and an assist.

Be our luck if he was genuinely the player Warne went to Holland to look at
Wouldn’t surprise me, but Warne did say he was going to see multiple matches and players in Holland and just one game in Denmark. So hopefully the trip was worth while.

Can remember him being highly rated at Ajax years ago. Little google search says he tore his ACL 2 weeks ago.
He’s now half price you mean ?

Some internal news, Tyrese Fornah has just signed with a new agency group meaning only one thing. 99.99% of the time when a player does that unless they’re signing a new deal at the club they’re leaving their current club. Hasn’t worked out for him here and would leave Tommo as our only central midfield option.

Anthony Evans on a free from Bristol Rovers. Think he’s the sort of energetic central midfielder we could do with. Free, too.
Be great to get him on a free except he’s still under contract at Bristol Rovers

Dimitrious Giannoulis, 28 year old Greek left back from Norwich. Created 30 chances and 4 assists this season in 33 games. Only NML, Bird, Barkhuizen and Hourihane created more than 30 chances for us this season. He has left Norwich as a free agent so would be a great option for left wing back. Probably going to a promotion chasing team or back to Greece mind.

Anyone know when the players go back to training ?
-
I do wonder what the breakdown of our transfers will be and what people want it to be.
Let’s say we sign, 2 GK’s, 1 LWB, 1 CB, 3/4 CM, 1 Winger, 2/3 Strikers. 11/12 signings in total.
Id hope it’d be 2 players 18-22, 3 players 29+ and the other 6/7 between 23-28. First season back we should be building something for the years to come so I hope we don’t get more than 2 loans in which we will never be able to make permanent.

If Cashin was to go I really hope we sell him for 12+ million he’s 22 a class act and has 3 years left on a new contract.
