In fairness, it appears you're asking the wrong person, in @Ilkestonian.
This should be aimed at those who have openly aired their intentions (on here) to invade the pitch at full time.I've made my views clear. But that's not to say I believe a pitch invasion will in itself lead to a points deduction, as I don't imagine it will for one moment.
My anti-invasion opinions are based on the fact that:
A/ The invaders will be going against the club's wishes, plans, and publicly announced statements, along with the laws of the land.
B/ The potential of those left in the stands missing the advertised "Lap of honour", due to it being cancelled should the pitch not be cleared in an appropriate timescale (There's only so much one man with a megaphone can achieve!).
C/ The potential for just ONE of the assumed thousands on the pitch doing something SO STUPID, that that in itself "COULD" lead to action being taken against the club, be that a fine, points deduction, or any other sanction the EFL has in their power.Your question is a fair one. It was just a poor aim. 👍🐏
All valid points

Why risk points deduction, even if a remote possibility.
if a player or indeed anyone gets hurt, then we are open to something even more severe. Our history with the EFL shows that would make an example of us. We don't want to throw away promotion if we do win.

I don't think there's any chance of a points deduction for a pitch invasion after the final whistle has gone bearing in mind that Reading only got a suspended three point deduction after their fans invaded the pitch and caused the match to be abandoned.
I still hope we don't have a pitch invasion at the end of the match though.
Why risk points deduction, even if a remote possibility.

I thought this thread was about the classic TV show with Adam Faith, and we were funding a remake

Here are my stats that I also hope you trust, as I too have worked hard on them.
Teams that accumulate more points than 22 other sides in their division over the period of 46 games get promotion in the English football pyramid 100% of the time.*
*Stats based on a sample of over 120 years of competitive football where sides are ranked based on points-based performance.
Have you got the detailed spreadsheet analysis that underpins you findings. I wont believe it until you show all!

It's a forum for opinions, better posted on here rather than screaming obscenities at the match or posting excrement through Warne's letterbox.
Good ideas !

Pearson never wore that kit. I don’t ever remember him having a beard while playing for us either.
Just zoomed in. Number 6 on the shorts I think. Pearson was 7 IIRC.
A bearded number 6?

It's part of it, but it's one part of many. Guardiola's tactical setup is far more than just "433", for example. When you look at us play, it's far from obvious what we're even trying to do.
That might be PW's plan: not make it obvious to the opposition what we are trying to do 😉

RIP Franny. One of the best players to grace a Rams shirt. You will always be remembered by us.
