I have found that as I get older life just keeps getting better as I am better able to cope with whatever it throws at me. The trick is to keep the mind active in every possible way. Yes, the body keeps finding ways of telling you that you're getting on a bit, listen to it, let the medical professionals do their best but then get on with living. Be alert-This country needs lerts.
