I can't agree with that. I loved Christopher Eccleston, mainly because he saw the return of Dr Who and when he left to be replaced by David Tennant, I hated it. Which I suppose led the way for me to hate David Tennant. David Tennant made everything more childish imo. He appealed to a lot of people who you wouldn't call 'real' sci-fi fans. Matt Smith is what I would call a classic Doctor, theres plenty of weird about him and reminds me of Tom Baker the way he is. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The last series was the largest load of ***** to ever get so much hype around it since Andy Reid. I like Matt Smith but the episodes never go anywhere! They have some great premise E.G The wild west or some **** and then end up boring with the premise being completely ignored for something on 'the goodness of someone's heart' or some **** like that.
