Gary Teale
Thats not going to motivate there players to shove it down our throat much. Not much of a tea, talk needed for them
Ron Willems
I'm sure it will have no bearing on the result, though if we lose we will probably get blamed. Doubt the players will even be on the pitch when it's surfed. We have to enjoy our moment sometimes.
Boycie
Why isn't this banner at the ground anyway? Thought we owned it anyway?
Ron Willems
Long, long story mate. It wasn't fire-proof so we have spent the last couple of months buying specialist equipment, getting it done (no easy task), getting it fully certificated and then negotiating with the club about getting it in. I am willing to give the flag to anyone who wishes to use it, at any time.
Boycie
Jesus wept, Heath and safety gone mad. How many of the 33000 will be wearing fireproof clothing on Sunday? Idiots. Well done though, expensive wind up wasn't it?
Ron Willems
It was, some things are worth it though 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

RotherhamRam
Let me get this right the banner was banned because it was not fire resistant. The football ground is no smoking anyway, how the hell will it catch fire anyway and can the health and safety manager please take a hint out of the reason and get fired so fans can enjoy themselves have a drum back and allow the atmoshpere back in to the ground
ladyram
Me too, it keeps me entertained in the build up to our matches. Me kids gawp at me when me sniggers turn into laughs. Ron Willems
Wasn't banned as such but all flags over a certain size need a fire safety certificate as a matter of course these days, don't think it's the club who require it as such, it's a condition of them being given a safety certificate by the council. It's the age we live in !
nookiebear
"Wasn't banned as such but all flags over a certain size need a fire safety certificate as a matter of course these days" that is ridiculous..like someone else said hows it gunna catch fire???? it might just combust entering the ground with all the emotion??? however if it had been a little smaller it probabbly would have had a bit more self control???crazy
