Perky1106
It's clear that the winters are getting colder. Pitches stuggle to cope with the ice and the numerous games on during December. So would it be better if the football season ran from February to November? Or is football best kept as a winter sport?
Leeds Ram
I think it would be better if we just kept it to boxing day and new years games a normal week routine instead of loads of matches crammed in
Bristol Ram
I think it would be better if we just kept it to boxing day and new years games a normal week routine instead of loads of matches crammed in Agreed... but quite a few weeks have three games in them. However, one home game and one away game on those two days would be enough for me. The obvious question, though, from the teams in Europe and with good cup-runs... where do the rest of the games get squeezed in?
Leeds Ram
it is a question without an easy answer to it, would be a shame to have a break though

sage
Typically, the worst of the weather tends to happen at the end of January/start of February. But this year it was December. Sometimes it's as late as March.

Duracell
In Italy and Spain they have really busy Mays and Junes. A winter break would only work in our climate if we stopped in November and began again in mid-March. That's when we get bad weather.

Given how **** we have been in the past three Decembers it sounds good to me. 10 points from 51 during December over the past three seasons us shocking.
