Fair point and he's not the only wide player in the game being asked to fulfil defensive duties that he's not cut out for. It's a pity about the two penalties, both for team and the player, who's finally delivery in forward situations is often excellent.

The second penalty was unforgiveable for any professional footballer of any position.

He had time to assess the situation. Warne want impressed. Hauled him off a minute later (ht) and didn't off the bench v Wigan.
