Genius I have a few times, had a friend who used to play striker who actually practised doing that incase he needed to do it at a corner. RamNut Posted October 24, 2010 Share Posted October 24, 2010 Actually Roy Mac told a story about Dave Mackay doing a version of it during training in Portugal to impress the locals....they were crossing the ball into the box and the great man was running in to head it when he apparently span around, ran backwards and then back headed it in like a bullet. He told the story to show how even the players were in awe of the great man and his incredible talent. He was absolutely fkin brilliant.......Come on PTR....statue no2.
