i dont even see it taking that long. the womans game professionlised not that long ago so former pro players will be going into coaching and naturally transition into the mans game maybe through academy level and then you get a pathway for managers. 

 

you look at how the german league in particular offers a great pathway for academy managers transitioning into the first team. hannah dingley already making that move that loads will in the future i think.

 

the issue has always been qualifications to get the job in the first place, if they are good enough clubs will take the punt.

I appreciate Dale Vince's opinions about the environment and his plans for renewable energy.

My word he's just as arrogant as most rich business people though. Still does publicity stunts for his own gain.
