I've probably told this tale before but Dad took us all in the car one afternoon to Knowlsey safari park when it very first opened in 1971 I remember my Mum who had a wicked sense of humour cackling with laughter at the daft signage .. such pearls as : "Lions are Dangerous"? "If in difficulty sound horn and wait for white hunter" ?
