Garbage idea dreamt up by old fools desperate to appeal to the meaningless 'millennial' segment.

It's commuting peak hours where the trains really screw you over and you can only use these young person cards on day tickets.

It's only going to really help 'kids' who need to go on long journeys at the last minute.

I was going to Southampton, though. 

I had one last season and the cost of the railcard was near enough saved just from me getting the train from Burton for Saturday home games. Chuck a couple of away Day train fares in and I was quids in ??
