It's the "unknown, unknowns" that get you. The "known unknowns" you know about and can at least get on the case. The "known knowns" are easily delegated and dealt with.

Overall, I think we have just got stronger as a club. Incidentally, I visited Moor Farm yesterday; the paint work in the internal offices was being re-done despite it already looking really neat; even though my expectations were already sky high after listening to Darren Wassell wax lyrical I have to say that I was really impressed. The pitches have that shade of green/lushness that you get in the front gardens of Saudi Arabian palaces.

He's fired a CEO and replaced with three board directors who don't get involved in the day to day. Not sure what your point is Eddie?
