Looks assured , was bellowing at the defence at times , distribution was a lot better than Carson and made a few good stops , be harsh to drop him . Tenacious at times but still some way off his best. Thought he did alright. If we are going to persist with the 2 holders, Id have him in their with Bryson and Hughes further forward. As much as anything I think bryson and johnson have the most energy.
ollycutts1982
I don't think Mitchell will start sat but would be happy to see him come in should Carson be unavailable. Will be a good keeper for us.

ollycutts1982
I think in the current system we need an inform Johnson, him and Bryson in the engine room. Hughes is better higher up the pitch where he can have an influence.

Anon
Although it would've been nice to see some green shoots, tonight was completely irrelevant. If we win well on Saturday no one will give a toss about Liverpool.
Tony Le Mesmer
Positives are Mitchell, the respectfully observed minutes silence by Derby fans and the generous donating of money by many Derby fans in aid of the lady who is poorly. Milk
I think the downer mood has something to do with the massive expectations and upper mood when Pearson and Powell arrived ... Everyone , including me, was expecting some seismic shift in performances and attitude .. But it's just not happening .. And everyone's wondering , again including me, .... What the hell is going on on the training ground and internally ect ect ...
