I have 7 classes, with differing amounts of SEND. Some are on the register but dont get support staff in lesson because their need can be met by me as their class teacher. Our SEND team are always available to offer advice on how to differentiate though. yeah on average 50% of her classes are SEN, she also has collapsed classes so it takes her class size to 30, then we have a huge number of disruptive children not on the SEN Register but still need attention, she has a belt with a live link to a control centre within the school. she mentioned this is her last year Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
