Posted February 15, 20169 yr I love Night Mode on my desktop, much easier on my eyes and the screen, so double win. The only downside is that sometimes pasted (and therefore formatted) content carries through the background colour making it look ugly and sometimes downright unreadable. Not entirely sure if anything can be done about it, as it is source formatting that is causing the problem not a forum feature in of itself, but thought I'd flag it up as a minor annoyance. Totally understand if nothing can be done.
February 15, 20169 yr If you highlight (select all) the text in the editor and click on the Tx icon on the toolbar, this will remove all the formatting in the post

February 15, 20169 yr Ahh sorry, not much I can do about that, if the user doesn't clear the formatting it will carry the style over from the site it was pasted from
February 22, 20169 yr Sorry I've not forgot, will be back this week, I'm just waiting on a minor issue to be fixed and then start work on repairing the night mode

June 7, 20169 yr Just to let you know I am working on this, should hopefully be finished some time tomorrow

June 8, 20169 yr If you spot anything that doesn't look right give me a shout, knowing me I must have missed a page or section somewhere
June 9, 20169 yr will do! so far everything seems to be working / looking ok on mobile and laptop (using a macbook and iphone if that helps) unrelated to night mode but Ive noticed the pages seem to load slightly slower on mobile recently- the first post on any given page of a topic will load, then there is an ad-box which loads a second(ish) later, then there's a long pause / lag, then finally the rest of the page loads. I've noticed the ad boxes look different and perhaps they could be affecting the loading time of the rest of the page elements?
June 9, 20169 yr Are you on 3G at all? Just signed out and been through and the ads loaded instantly, no lag at all
June 9, 20169 yr Tried it but no difference unfortunately using LTE so should be faster if anything The ads all seem to be videos which could explain the longer loading time (whereas before they used to just be images)
June 9, 20169 yr Can you try clearing your cache, just thinking you maybe loading both the old and new JavaScript for the ads
