Would be interesting to know how much of the £1.4mil the agents are patiently waiting for Fawaz to pay over...

There could be simple reason for this, but ain't 100 % sure...

Agent's will be paid if they find a new club to unwanted players. So getting rid of players like Leon Best and Luke Varney could've rised to figures quite a lot. And signing free transfers like Guthrie, Akpan and Delfouneso could've been pretty expensive  too.
