New gadget for Boycie

Anyone who has ever wished to be able to get pizza at the push of a button can start living the dream thanks to a nifty new gadget from Domino's.

The takeaway giant is launching a special 'push for pizza' device that allows certain customers to simply press a bluetooth button to place an order for delivery.

Designed to sit in a miniature pizza box, the button is linked to the company's smartphone app.

All the user has to do is link the button to the app, choose their favourite custom pizza in the saved settings and from there on in delicious hot food will arrive at the door following the push of a button.

It works by sending the saved details to the user's nearest shop, placing an order which then arrives at the doorstep a short while later.

Simon Wallis, Sales & Marketing Director, Domino’s Pizza Group said: “The Domino’s app has been downloaded over 10 million times and 75 per cent of our orders are now online.

"We also know that our customers love innovation, which further improves the ease of ordering such as our Pizza Tracker.

"With this in mind we challenged our tech wizards to go a step further and create the one-stop Easy Order. “

But don't get too excited just yet as the button is only being given to superfans of the company, who can win one through a competition that is set to launch across Domino's social media channels next month.
