Season Preview

Hi all,

We're a new website dedicated to addressing the generally patronising sausagetery of coverage of football outside of the Premier League. We've put together a season preivew as in-depth as we could manage with two of us and more than 100 teams, but we hope you enjoy it. Have a great season, cheers.

Very solid job.

Don't use big words if you aren't sure what they mean - 'counterintuitively' could barely be less appropriate in the sentence you put it in.

I like the idea, though. I know very little about most other sides in this league and it'd be good to know a bit more about them before we take them on. Obviously that info being accurate is hugely important, though.

Also not sure where you got the idea Forsyth isn't a good Championship fullback. He's one of the best in the league now.

Forsyth not top Championship quality?

He was only an ever-present in one of the best defences in the league, as well as chipping in with several goals and assists.

Didn't that WhoScored website have him down as, statistically, the best LB in the league too?

We play 4-1-4-1 rather than 4-2-3-1

It's a wide 4-3-3, there's no debate about this except with people who think that formation numbers even matter.

I'd say that's about right, but only attacking wise.

Closer to 4-1-4-1 or 4-5-1 (basicly whatever you want to call it) when defending.

But as you say, those numbers really doesn't matter.
