StaffsRam
No one in football has a good word to say about him, says a lot. Not in football myself, but I have a good word for him. C**t. A very good word.
Guest
Davros is the master of getting sides to finish top 6 in the championship, he can't do **** all else mind but that doesn't stop gumps thinking he is great. No one in football has a good word to say about him, says a lot. Factually incorrect I'm afraid....Billy Davies said Billy Davies is doing a very good job but Billy Davies thinks that Billy Davies needs some more money so Billy Davies can make another stellar signing. Just out of interest, has he ever made a stella signing?
StaffsRam
Just out of interest, has he ever made a stella signing? Signed Rob Earnshaw. Twice. Certainly looks like he comes from outer space, so yeah, stellar.... Teale, Macken, etc, I'm sure he'd had plenty of Stella if he thought they'd improve us..... McRamFan
Hey Gumps....you can only Draw when you are winning! http://stats.football365.com/dom/ENG/D1/ptslost.html AND that is where the 8 more points you should have (and I have been saying for months) have been lost compared to us. Knowle Rohrer
Davros: “The luckiest player in the City Ground was Wes Morgan, it was a blatant goalscoring opportunity,” said Davies. “He was very fortunate to remain on the pitch". “I had an exchange of words with the referee and asked him why, to which he replied it was not a goal-scoring opportunity. The referee then sent me to the stands, he said I raised my voice. Leicester should not have had 10 men, they should have had nine.” So Davros had a better view of the incident than the referee and obviously Davros is impartial and always right. I had a perfect view of the incident and it should have been a red card. However, we didn't close the game out with a man up so it probably would not have made a difference to the game. It would have been nice though for them to have lost a key player through suspension.

Earnshaw was signed for us by Calderwood and he probably was a stellar signing at this level at the time.
StaffsRam
Earnshaw was a great Championship signing. Very disappointed that we didn't keep him. Don't think I'd class Nugent as a stellar signing. £100k from Bury. Very successful signing though.

eddie
Weren't there accusations of Earnie spending more time in the casinos than anywhere else when he was with us? Casinos, pubs…. There was also the rumour that he was a 'present' from the LoG and not a 'true' Davros signing, so was used sporadically. A bit like Abdoun and Djebbour are rumoured to be at Gumpville

StaffsRam
You're right KM was there. The Newcastle game was early in the season wasn't it, and he hit the winner in that one. Tito came in during the Jan window as well. Macken, lol, or

However, I don't see Burnley dropping out the top 3. So, I can't believe this prediction.
