Mr Tibbs Posted August 3, 2013 Share Posted August 3, 2013 I'm abit lost when it comes to creating graphics etc so I thought I'd search for some good advice after failing to find anything worthwhile on google search. I've got 6/7 pictures of the PNG file that I want to throw into a animated picture. Giff/Tiff or whatever they are called. Is there a simple program out there that I can import said pictures into and then sort time framing etc? All I've found so far is file conversion programs, that's not what I'm after.
