sage
Premier league 3 Mexican shambles 1 ( and that was an own goal ) Mmmmwahahahahahahahahaetc. But the Mexican team played much better football. There are hundreds of left backs in mexico better than Cole.

Bris Vegas
Monterrey finished 7th last season.. They're hardly our best representitives playing against a team funded by the tune of $300mill

Bris Vegas
Sooo how did they qualify then? Winning the North American Champions League.. Beating a few MLS sides and a couple from Guatamala and Honduras.. The best sides will take part in the Copa Libertadores..
Bris Vegas
Your seventh is Monterwhosit. Our seventh is The Arsenal. I think my case may be rested. Arsenal finished 3rd last season? But what case did you have? Of course the PL is better than the Mexican league.. It has more quality, higher attendances and better players.. The whole World Club Championship is ridiculous anyway.. If the European Club doesn't win they should be ashamed of themselves.. Chelsea playing Monterrey is the equivalent of Chelsea playing Reading.. Of course they should win.. Although it wasn't as one sided as Chelseas last CL match.. But then again Monterrey are better than Nordsjaelland A better match up would have been Tijuana or Leon vs Chelsea.. Which would be the equivalent of Chelsea vs someone like Fulham..
Boycie
Aye, you're right they did. My bad. It was Everton, and they aren't finacially backed to a huge amount, and still would have beat them.
Martyn
how you say "brown envelope" in Spanish? You don't speak Spanish?!! It's far superior to the English language. It is smoother, more fluid, so much more beautiful to the ear, English is Neanderthal in comparison, it doesn't have the quality to get overseas in Europe & South America. English may have been successful once but never again.

Boycie
To be fair, it's quite good for a developing football country. A bit like USA in my opinion.
