DCFCfranco
don't think he'll get them up any time soon, he should save them from relegation though.
Mr Tibbs
A very similar appointment to the 2 previous in my eyes, his tactics are outdated and seems to reach his peak very quickly. Will do ok in this division though.
Omar's comin yo
Got to laugh at McCarthy, could've had a shot at promotion with us but is left fighting relegation. That's what you get for thinking you're better than you are.

Omar's comin yo
I think he's made a very sensible footballing decision Agreed, potential promotion with wealthy backing or fighting against relegation with deadwood like Chopra and Scotland at the club. Bit of a no brainer really.

uttoxram75
McCarthy turned down forest because he feared interference from the owners (QPR, Blackburn style). Ipswich are a similar sized club to the gumps so in Mick's eyes, its no difference other than a board/chairman willing to leave transfer decisions to the manager. Except McCarthy's ability to read chairmen seems about as good as his ability to keep teams in the Premier League. Do you really think the Al-Hasawi's would've told O'Driscoll to go out and sign Gillett and Coppinger from Donny? Omar's comin yo
How are the work permit applications for the Kuwaiti internationals going on? Out of the 6 we had on trial O'Driscoll decided only one was worth a contract. He didn't qualify for a work permit but I get the feeling we'll try again for him in January. Thanks for asking though.
