I think Osborn has been brought in to play a box to box centre midfielder leaving us short at LWB with Elder. I agree with another 9 and a pacey centre though.

A pacey CB, LWB and a target man is what we need after we get our Swedish keeper.

Our midfield is starting to look really strong now with Ozoh, Ebou, Kenzo, Osborn and Tommo. It will be interesting to see which two or three start the season.

I agree. A LWB has to be the priority either a loanee or permanent signing. I also agree we ideally could do with another CF but is more of a luxury signing which we can wait for.

Happy with this one. Another left wing back has to be the priority now. We have a first team GK with statue and another ball winner in Ozoh (hopefully). I'd send Robinson and Brown on load to aid their development and move on Washington. If we can off load Wash then I'd get another CF in with a big physical presence and we won't be far away.

Hopefully we don't have all our eggs in the Iversen basket. Although they also have Danny Ward would we have him?

That's true. I think CM is where Osborn likes to play.

If we get Ozoh I think our options in central midfield would start to look healthy. Ebou and Ozoh as the ball winners. Kenzo as the creative player then Osborn and Tommo as the legs/box to box. Then we also have Fornah in the background as well. Unless Osborn is going to be used as a LWB then we made need another.

No first choice goalkeeper I meant. I think Vickers surely would be our number 2 as opposed to our number 1.

I always thought Matty Ryan would be a long shot but I am concerned we have gone on a preseason tour with no goal keeper. Most likey a case of Iverson vs Rodak now?

Would be great to have Elsnik back. Elsnik Ebou and Kenzo would be an amazing midfield if Osborn plays LWB.

Ebou for me walks into and helps transform our midfield. The main question is will Osborn play as a box to box central midfielder or a left wing back. He also has be in the starting 11 just in which position?

I think they are of a similar level. So there isn't a lot between them. The only thing about Rodak is he hasn't played as much football as Iverson recently. I would rather our number 1 be a permanent signing as opposed to a loan though.

Interesting developments. I'm pleased that that Ebou deal is over the line. The main thing of concern now is not having an established number one. He will need time to gel with boys and the backline before he can hit the ground running.

After Ebou surley a keeper is the next priority?

The fans will go wild !! Ebou sums up what I want in a Derby player. A down to earth lad, good with the fans, runs his socks off, fights anyone and everyone on the pitch and wears the ram with pride. Plus he has one of those infectious personalities. At least with Ebou and Osborn we have some bite and fight in the middle of the park.

I agree it doesn't help clubs at all. At least if we sign Ebou and a keeper we can field a competitive starting 11 at least (even if the sqaud depth if light) to ramp up pre season with.

Hopefully a deal for Ebou can be finalised soon so he can go to Spain the rest of the sqaud. I feel once we sign him and a first choice goalkeeper signed we have some sort of sqaud together at least to work with (with further additions needed for possibly later on in the window).

Dobbin was playing in the Prem last year so can't have been too bad.

At the moment it will be Collo in the middle against Blackburn I feel with Yates suspended. I feel we need another number 9 but only if we can move on Wash or Brown (on loan) but I'd give Brown a go and give him the odd run out.
